Once your order is complete, you will be requested to provide personal and payment details. As part of the online transaction, we will perform a fraud credit check via our payment provider. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry out such checks as required.

Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.

When you have finalised your order via the site, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be confirmed until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully taken.



All website pricing will be shown in local currency where available, and otherwise priced in British Pounds (GBP).

All UK orders (including the Channel Islands) over £100 will qualify for free shipping. NEW AERA LTD uses a standard pricing policy for the UK and Channel Islands which ensures that all of our customers are charged the same final price, regardless of where they live.

All UK and EU pricing is shown inclusive of tax and we do not offer VAT refunds on orders delivered to the Channel Islands. For EU deliveries, the price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
All orders outside of the UK and Channel Islands will incur a postage fee that will be determined by the parcel size, weight, destination and delivery time.

Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.


Sale Pricing Adjustments

From time to time, NEW AERA LTD will run discounted pricing on specific items as part of a sale or promotion. Subject to the sentence below, NEW AERA is happy to compensate the differences in price between the amount paid and the the discounted price, in the form of a voucher, if the item was purchased at full price within 14 days of the commencement of the specific discount.

Payments for all orders are taken prior to dispatch, and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer.

By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit / debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments and orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.

We will process your payments securely via a payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted. All stored card details will be stored securely by the payment provider.

Your order will only be deemed as final when your payment has been taken. Your goods will then be dispatches within a reasonable time frame unless otherwise specified.. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.



All AERA carbon parts are backed up by a two year warranty that is valid from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner only. We guarantee that all carbon products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase.

Should you have any problems after 2 years we will still be able to offer help and will look at any claim on a case by case basis. Irrespective of what has caused your claim, we will endeavour to help and offer solutions where possible.

Any modifications, incorrectly fitted, misused or abused products are not covered by warranty. Using incorrect brake pads with our rim brake wheels will void your warranty.

If you have purchased direct from www.RideAera.com you will automatically qualify for product registration. If not please send you product details to Registration@RideAera.com.


Crash Replacement

Being avid road riders and races we understand that accidents are sometimes part of riding and racing, and can happen to the best of us. If you have an accident and damage any AERA parts please get in touch. We’re happy to offer reduced priced replacements where possible.


Product Feedback

We always want to hear from our customers, especially if they have any thoughts on our products that they’d like to share. Got something to say? Well get in touch and we’ll be all ears. After all, the best products have been made thanks to lots of feedback.


Intellectual Property & Copyright

Usage of the RideAera site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from New Aera Ltd.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased you can return it for an refund or exchange, providing it is within 90 days of receipt of your order and the item(s) is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Aera within one month of the refund or change request being made.

Faulty items will be either replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Aera Customer Services team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can be returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If this is not possible we will offer a refund, or an alternative product.

Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser,



New Aera Ltd will honour cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item(s).

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation request. All returns are required to be sent back in good time using a secure delivery service, and items must be un-used and the packaging must be in good condition.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect to any matter arising hereunder.
